The semester is coming to an end! HURRAY!! Where did this semester go? Well...I don't know? haha But I sure have learned a lot and I still have a lot to learn. One more semester left and then---drum roll please---I have to take the boards! epp! That sure is scary! But enough talk about school....
Besides school I have enjoyed relaxing at my apartment, living at the library and going out on the town. Ok...well town meaning Rexburg. FOr example last weekend I went downtown and bought the cutest skirt! I will have to post pictures later...I JUST LOVE IT! <3 Then afterwards we went to Marices and I bought myself the cutest headband for $6. HURRAY! THen I went to Winger's and got the sticky finger wrap. I always get the "sticky fingers" so this was the day I would try something new. It was SO worth it and yes, there was still sticky fingers with it! Yippee!!
But that's me and that's what I have done recently. Oh...p.s. I watched the Bachleor finale the other day and he chose the girl I liked. That never happens. And today is American Idol. I am happy to hear more singing! Bring on the music! =D Well, better get back to listening to class...and yes I am writing this in class!
Until next time!

Saturday!!!
Today has been a great day and it is only 5 o'clock. THis very day I had the wonderful opportunity to go and listen to Sister Julie B. Beck the General President of the Relief Society. I learned so much. I had a lot of questions answered. It was wonderful. She definitely knows how to put things. At the Relief Society meeting there were several stakes invited to come in the Southeastern area of Idaho. I think they said they invited around 57 stakes. WOW!! They held this in the new BYU-Idaho center. There were more people who attended than attendance for Devotionals on Tuesdays. *sigh* It was wonderful and uplifting.
OH...and that's not all...haha! I went and met her and of course gave her a hug. =D I love her and admire her for all she does. Very knowledgeable. Hopefully one day I can know the scritpures as well as her.
Well, time to start some studying.
Until next time...

Thinkin!
February is coming to a close! Where did this month go!?? It's already the 26th....exactly a month from my Birthday! =D This is exciting! I am going to be a BIG girl....haha
This last week was filled with tons of tests, but the good thing was I didn't have any clinicals this past week which made studying easier! It was a amazing! =D AND I got a 4 day weekend. =D HURRAY! Due to President's day on Monday and no clinical on Tuesday! It was wonderful to go home. I forget just how much I love being home. Being around people that i absolutely adore and love to pieces it so relaxing and comforting!
So, I have been thinking!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my parents! They are so good to me and have always been there for me..... AND of course I love my family! I was able to see them all this past weekend. I left on Friday for home and relaxed and hung out! =D Then Saturday my brothers and sister in laws, nieces and nephew meet up with Tara and the boys at the Cabin. The snow was a little scarce going up, but that was fixed by getting 5 inches of Snow the next morning. It was a good Jolly old time! It was catching up with my sista too. I miss her!
Next, School....School kind of controls my life and I begin to really miss the things I was blessed with when I went to High School. Every day I was able to sleep in my favorite bed and see my parents, and Dogs. Oh How I miss my puppies and waking up to cooked breakfast! I eat better when i am at home! I guess the whole thing where I don't get a semester off has been really hard for me.
Anways, enough remembering the olden days...haha! I still love my college life, but Nursing just gets overwhelming sometimes and it's so hard not having a break in between. This last weekend helped ALOT!
Quickly for next week I am going to Utah. I am excited for next week. I get to go down to Utah Valley with my Nursing class. We are going through a tour of all the hospitals in the Orem, Provo, Salt Lake area next week AND the BEST PART I get to stay at my sisters with a few Nursing friends. I am excited. It will be a good break from Nursing. (Just remember it will be worth it)
Until next time! =D

February!!!
Well, It's February.
This semester has been pretty good. I have been going to 12 hour clinicals every Thursday and a random 6 hour clincal every now and then on Tuesdays. I have been in Labor and Delivery, women's center, NICU. All of these units have been wonderful and the people I have helped have been great. The babies are adorable. Life is crazy right now. I have a final on Tuesday in my OB nursing class. I took one of them today and i did really good. I am above average and currently sitting at getting a 100% + for my test grade! So, excited! <3
But my classes are wonderful. Learning so much from my Medical Terminalogy class and absolutely LOVING my Doctrine and Covenants class. It's wonderful. I am learning so much about the gospel and def. wanting to learn more. <3
Today is a Friday. I am currently sitting in my apartment watching a movie and visiting with my roommate. haha. Lets just say we are creating many memories. Jumping through hola hoops, me diving and landing on my hip and yes I cleared the rolling hoop. Watched movies, preparing Sunday School lesson and well....as my roommate would say, "I am so bored Holly". So, I guess that is my cue to publish this post and have a dance party with my silly roommate. =D
Time to party...NIGHT-----"O....OOOO" (Dancing to 80's love songs)

First week of the Semester!!!
So, I just thought I would update my blog and keep things interesting! I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year! Last week was great when i was about to go to the cabin with my family. The snow for snowmobiling was wonderful. Great memories were created! I wish the break would have been longer though. I enjoy spending time with my family.
So, I just finished my first week of the Winter semester! It should be a good semester. Sadly it probably will be a little stressful and hard work. Usually I am not going to school in the Winter, so it is hard for me to focus on school work. Due to my major I am now on fast grade (aka meaning I go all year long and I don't have a 3 month break). But my classes are pretty good. I have 3 Nursing classes. They include: Trends of Nursing, OB and Peds. Sadly, I already have 4 tests before Tuesday! Welcome to Nursing! haha.
The other classes that I am taking include; Microbiology, Medical Terminology and D&C. It's going to be a great semester =D
Well, have a great weekend! Happy studies...

Ho Ho Ho!!
Here we have Tara, Mommy and I (Holly) after our trip to Salt Lake to see David Archuleta and the Mo tab in action. The Christmas Concert was wonderful! Tara surprised my mom and I with tickets and I must say it was a great surprise! =D While we were waiting for the show to start we saw President Uctodorf and President Monson. I felt honored to share this experience with them. <3
After the concert our true adventure started. We walked through down town Salt Lake and ate at the Radisson. We also stayed the night here too. O we had many laughs. Several memories were created! =D
Also, I would like to point out my new blog design. I am really excited about all the animations and cuteness. Thanks to Candice I have a blog I am proud to look at and call my own. (THANKS CANDICE) I just hope I can remember how to find all the websites. There are just so many buttons I need to push. =D With due time I will become a pro at the wonderful world of blogger. Thanks to all--hope everyone had a fantabulous Christmas! I will post pictures of this joyous occasion....it's not over for my family yet.

Movie, dinner and missionaries!
i went with the family and saw Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (#7) part one for the second time. I would have to say the second time I recognized a lot more details that lead into the second half of this movie! I still can't believe I have to wait 6 months to see the other half, but that's all in the fun! I would rather Harry Potter drag on has long as possible because once this movie is over the joys of Harry Potter will be part of the past! *sigh* I grew up with Harry Potter and will always be a fan. =D
After we went to the movie we went to CAL ranch and Beka and I got some snowmobiling boots! HURRAY! I am hoping my feet will stay warm this year. Plus I got a new pair of gloves! I have a good feeling about this year and snowmobiling.
Afterwards Mom, Dad, Eric, Beka and Blake and I went to Arctic Circle to get a bite. While we were there we saw the missionaries. We paid for their dinner and afterwards drove them to their apartment. When mom offered to give them the ride they said, "Oh it isn't too far, we will be ok" But mom insisted. The Elders were very happy about this. Turns out they lived half way across Pocatello! I felt like a good Samaritan. (I think that is how you spell it) Even though I don't think I really did anything too exciting! ha
Today was a great day! I think it was a great way to end my Thanksgiving break. WEll, now I suppose I should get back to my homework. (OR prep)
